The students all should have gotten together before the simulation and agreed not to set a binding green house gas emissions cap until sometime next year. That's how the big dogs do it.

I'm pleased that faculty at MSU, a land grant university, is making sustainability a priority for their scholarly work.

Andy,

Do you think that CO2 analyzer could be use by a journalists? It might be kind of neat to go around and measure emissions from factories or along highways or some relevant areas.

Greetings! I'm so glad you're blogging on the AAAS conference. I'm a former MSU student, and took an ESPP course as an honors undergraduate in IDS - Environmental Policy. I'm currently a masters student at the University of Chicago, continuing research on sustainable agriculture (now from a cultural perspective). I wanted to let you know that I'll be doing a poster presentation tomorrow (Sunday) that is about MSU's role as the original land grant institution and the future of agricultural research through the educational and lived experiences of students. I hope to see you there! Cheers
