BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Joe Herriges is Professor of Economics and Environmental Science and Policy. He works in water resource research and in the broader areas of environmental and energy economics. Previously to MSU, he was an environmental economics professor at Iowa State University, focusing much of this research on assessing the value that individuals place on environmental amenities, such as clean water or public parks.
