BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Zhao holds appointments in the Department of Economics and the Department of Agricultural, Food and Resource Economics. He was a co-editor of the Journal of Environmental Economics and Management (2005-07) and is on the editorial council of JEEM and the Review of Development Economics. He is the past director of ESPP.
