BIOGRAPHY
My work crosses traditional disciplinary boundaries to explore the impacts of renewable energy development on rural communities. I conduct my research using qualitative methodologies including interviews, content analysis, and participant observation. I earned a B.S. In Agricultural & Consumer Economics with a concentration in Environmental Economics & Policy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an M.A. in Geography at the University of Arizona. At Michigan State University, I am pursuing my Ph.D. in Community Sustainability with a dual-major in the Environmental Science and Policy Program
